If there is a rock blocking the road, what do you do? Those who are successful in software development are not intimidated by problems that they encounter, they believe in their ability to solve the problem. My skills are centered around solving software problems using whatever tools are available, this includes the ability to communicate and build networks with people who have different skill sets, and their ability to solve hard problems. The rock blocking road does no bother me because I have encountered it 1000s of times before, and found a solution to keep moving forward.
